Shot & Written (Francis)

Francis is a work-in-progress semi-autobiographical, overly dramatised performer based corporeal statement intertwining artistry and life into a performance about performing. In the work the performer is stuck in between or dwell in working as a performer on performing a solo and writing a loose story or a diary about working on the solo performance. The aim is to present this perennial work on stage and as a book. Shot & Written is a poem becoming.

The first work-in-progress performance of Francis was presented at the ZLab program of Zodiak - Center for New in September 2020.
